For this position, we would typically expect 3+ years of relevant experience, but we are primarily looking for the right combination of competence, operational understanding and ability to contribute to the team.

What we are looking for

You are structured and analytical, with a practical approach to solving operational challenges. You enjoy working close to operations and are comfortable taking responsibility for planning and follow-up of your own activities.

The position requires close cooperation across disciplines, organizations and locations, so you should communicate clearly and enjoy working with people with different technical and operational backgrounds.

You are curious about technology and continuous improvement and look for opportunities to apply experience and operational data to make future operations safer and more efficient.
